Yes of course. We don't store any of your credit card information handed by our payment processor, Shopify, and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.

Your privacy is important to us. We use industry standard security practices for our website so you may shop safely.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and any orders placed by noon EST will be processed that same day, all other orders will be processed in the next business day. Larger items may require longer processing time however we will keep you informed of the progress. We are a small but mighty company and we do our best to get orders out as we receive them, however during high volume times of the year we may need a little extra time. It's our policy and promise to always keep you informed of any updates to your order.

We allow returns up to 30 days after receiving your order. All returns are to be unused in its original packaging.

Please email us at info@lilplayground.com to initiate a return order before shipping the item.

Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded and all sale items are final sale. Returns may be subject to 10% restocking fee.

LilPlayground does not cover the cost to ship items back to us. If you believe the item you received to be defective, please provide an explanation with as much information as you can, including photos or videos of the defective item.

If there is a defect with the item, please let us know and we will be more than happy to help you resolve it.

Your refund will be calculated based on the price paid at time of purchase, less any shipping charges. If the returned item(s) causes the original order's subtotal to fall below the free shipping threshold, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Any product with visible damage or defective workmanship that interferes with the safe enjoyment of the product is considered defective.

Because of the nature of wooden and hand-made toys, cosmetic inconsistencies (i.e. visible wood grain or knots, marks caused by tools, evidence of hand painting, etc) are not considered defects.

Yes. If your order has not been shipped, contact us and we would be happy to accommodate your changes. Orders that are shipped cannot be changed.

Yes we ship to United States, Canada and many countries worldwide starting at USD4. We offer free shipping to North America with minimum purchase of USD100. The shipping rate will be automatically calculated during checkout.

Our international shipping rates are automatically calculated when you check out your shopping cart.
